About The Position

Abcor Home Health is hiring caregivers to provide personalized in-home services based on clients’ individual care plans. The role includes supporting activities of daily living, helping clients with transportation and errands, and completing visit documentation through the company’s home care application. Caregivers also complete pre-service and annual training and attend quarterly conferences with a branch supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of caregiving employment experience.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Access to a reliable car.
• Completion of 24 hours of pre-service training.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping as needed.
• Transport and escort clients to medical appointments and social outings as needed.
• Provide personalized services according to each client’s individualized care plan.
• Promote client safety and well-being and promptly report changes in condition to the branch supervisor.
• Complete visits and document daily services through the proprietary home care application.
• Provide receipts and documentation for essential shopping and errands.
• Complete 12 hours of annual in-service training and attend quarterly conferences with the branch supervisor.

• Pay of $19.00–$19.75 per hour.
