Requirements

• A compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Willingness to learn-no experience? We will train you.
• Reliable transportation is strongly preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to complete required background checks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving, HHA, CNA, PCA, homemaker, or personal-care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation as needed.
• Follow each client's individualized care plan.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the office team.
