About The Position
Right at Home is seeking compassionate Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join their dedicated team. Requirements
- One Year of experience as a caregiver
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate required
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs independently
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English
- Must possess a Valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle
- Successful completion of a background check
- Current TB Test
Nice To Haves
- CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting with mobility and transfers within the home.
- Performing light housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, dishes, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.
- Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences.
- Accompanying clients on errands and medical appointments.
- Providing personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and shaving.
- Offering medication reminders.
- Supporting prescribed range of motion exercises.
- Delivering dementia care and companionship through activities like reading, music, and puzzles.
