About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Rowe, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The role is open to experienced PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, and homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Caregivers help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes while providing companionship, dignity, encouragement, and reassurance to clients and their families. Pay is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. Scheduling opportunities include flexible and consistent schedules, 8- to 12-hour shifts, day and overnight shifts, and weekday and weekend work. Free training is available to qualified applicants, including those without HHA or CNA certification. Qualified new caregivers may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after completing their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. Nice To Haves

HHA certification is welcome when applicable.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement.
Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
Run essential errands when needed.
Provide medication reminders.
Observe clients and report changes to the appropriate supervisor.
Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
Provide respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.
