About The Position

Right at Home Tallahassee is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for one-on-one, in-home senior care throughout Tallahassee and surrounding areas. We have morning, daytime, and afternoon shifts available, making this a great opportunity for caregivers looking for flexible hours, steady work, or the ability to start part-time and build toward a fuller schedule. You don't need open availability. If you're available for at least 2 shifts per week, we'd love to talk with you about current opportunities.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
1 Year of Professional Experience
CNA license or HHA certification (40+ hours) preferred
Valid driver's license
Current auto insurance
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED
In-person CPR/BLS certification
Ability to pass an AHCA Level II background screening
Fingerprints submitted through the Florida Clearinghouse or willingness to complete immediately
Dependable, compassionate and professional
Availability for at least 2 shifts per week

Responsibilities

Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by providing one-on-one support that may include:
Personal care, including bathing, grooming and dressing
Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Mobility and transfer assistance
Fall prevention and safety support
Toileting and incontinence care
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Companionship and conversation
Transportation or errands when needed
Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition
