We're currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or just beginning your caregiving journey, we'll provide the training, support, and encouragement you need to succeed. We proudly serve clients throughout the beautiful Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. Requirements
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not required.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Providing medication reminders.
- Assisting with mobility and transportation.
- Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.
- Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
- Communicating effectively with our office team.
