Requirements
- Experience in personal care, direct care, or family caregiving (CNA, HHA, or personal care background welcomed)
- A calm, empathetic bedside manner focused on gentleness, patient dignity, and respect
- Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation
- Clean background check and a dependable commitment to your schedule
Responsibilities
- Provide gentle, dignified personal care assistance (including refreshing sponge baths, hair washing, skin moisturizing, and clean gown/clothing changes)
- Support clients with weakened mobility, providing attentive fall prevention and comfortable repositioning
- Assist with safe transfer techniques and wheelchair mobility for outings and routine movement
- Prepare balanced meals, maintain a clean living environment, and manage light housekeeping
- Build lasting bonds with clients and their families as a trusted member of their care circle
