About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable, and caring caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Blandford, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. Available roles include Homemakers, Personal Care Assistants (PCs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Applicants with caregiving experience and those new to the field are encouraged to apply. Qualified applicants may be eligible for free HHA training and certification.

The position offers pay of $18 to $20 per hour, flexible scheduling, and full-time and part-time opportunities. Assignments may include day or overnight shifts, with shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours depending on the assignment. Responsibilities

• Help seniors remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their homes.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with laundry and maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist clients with mobility.
• Report changes in a client's condition or well-being.
