About The Position
Right at Home is urgently hiring caregivers in the Salem area! We have immediate client needs and are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and adults who need support at home. Caregiving experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you have the heart to care for others, we will provide the training and support you need to be successful.
Requirements
- Compassionate and dependable caregivers
- Individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Providing medication reminders
- Supporting clients with daily routines
- Reporting changes in client condition to the office team
