About The Position
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Caregiver to join the team. In this role, you will support seniors and people with disabilities by helping enhance their quality of life. Duties include assisting with hygiene, light housekeeping, errands, medication, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or in a similar role is preferred.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
- Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Compassionate, respectful, and ethical.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.
- Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
- Prepare meals and snacks.
