About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, reliable Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care to seniors in Brookfield, West Brookfield, North Brookfield, Leicester, Spencer, and surrounding communities. Caregivers help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes by offering personalized support based on each client’s needs. Full-time hours are available.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, organized, patient, and compassionate.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Willingness to travel between nearby client locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Prior caregiving, homemaker, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship, conversation, and social support.
• Assist clients with daily routines and household tasks.
• Prepare meals and help with grocery shopping.
• Complete light housekeeping, laundry, and home organization.
• Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Encourage client independence while providing dependable support.
