Caregiver with HOYER experience- Saturdays 9:30am-8:30pm
About The Position
Senior Helpers of NW Indiana is seeking a caregiver to work Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with an ASAP start. The caregiver will provide companionship and non-medical assistance to clients, including personal hygiene care and other activities of daily living. The caregiver is expected to follow the client’s care plan and provide updates as needed. The role requires at least six months of adult caregiving experience and Hoyer lift experience. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and current car insurance. This is a part-time position paying $17.00 per hour. Requirements
- Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks.
- At least six months of adult caregiving experience.
- Hoyer lift experience.
- Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance.
