About The Position
Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Chattanooga, and surrounding counties. As a caregiver, you will provide essential in-home assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience or CNA preferred
- Ability to pass background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
- Monitor client condition and report any changes
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team
