About The Position
Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Crossville and Surrounding Counties. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background checks
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping duties
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Monitor client condition and report any changes to the care team
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
