About The Position

Watermark Retirement Communities is hiring a Caregiver to support residents in assisted living and memory care. The role is for someone who is passionate about working with seniors and wants to make a positive impact on the people in their care. The listed shift is 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The position requires a Pennsylvania direct care certificate, a high school diploma or GED, and one year of experience as a caregiver in an assisted living, memory care, or home care setting. Candidates must be able to work weekends and should be diligent with paperwork, have excellent assessment skills, and be interested in learning and developing their skills.
