About The Position
Paramount Home Health Care LLC is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a male client with quadriplegia in Clearwater, Florida. The position totals 24 hours per week and includes morning shifts Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, plus evening shifts on Monday and Friday from either 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The caregiver will provide hands-on personal care and support with daily routines.
Requirements
- Experience using a Hoyer lift is required.
- Must be reliable, patient, compassionate, and dependable.
- Must be comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be committed to arriving on time for scheduled shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Experience caring for clients with quadriplegia or mobility impairments is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
- Safely transfer the client between bed and wheelchair using a Hoyer lift.
- Prepare breakfast and assist with feeding.
- Assist with shaving, tooth brushing, and grooming.
- Prepare dinner and assist with evening meals.
- Assist with bedtime routines and positioning.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive personal care.
