About The Position

Paramount Home Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a male client with quadriplegia in Clearwater, Florida. The role involves hands-on personal care and support during scheduled morning and evening shifts, totaling 24 hours per week.

Morning shifts are Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM–10:00 AM. Evening shifts are Monday and Friday, either 7:00 PM–10:00 PM or 8:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Requirements

• Experience using a Hoyer lift is required.
• Must be reliable, patient, compassionate, and dependable.
• Must be comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be committed to arriving on time for scheduled shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Experience caring for quadriplegic or mobility-impaired clients is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
• Safely transfer the client between bed and wheelchair using a Hoyer lift.
• Prepare breakfast and assist with feeding.
• Assist with shaving, brushing teeth, and grooming.
• Prepare dinner and assist with evening meals.
• Assist with bedtime routines and positioning.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive personal care.
