About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate Personal Care Assistants, Caregivers, Home Health Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one care and build meaningful relationships with clients. The organization welcomes both experienced caregivers and people beginning their healthcare careers, and offers training, support, and flexible scheduling. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Compassionate and dependable.
- Experience is welcome but not required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), caregiver, or nursing student.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Assist with shopping and errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with transfers and mobility.
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition.
