Caregivers are compassionate, caring, and patient individuals responsible for providing non-medical, in-home care services, including companionship, homemaking, and personal care, to those in need, including seniors, those with disabilities, illness, or injury, new or expectant mothers, and anyone else experiencing difficulties. SERVICES PROVIDED: Attendant Care: Attendant care services (ATTC) are provided to participants with nursing facility level of care needs. Attendant care services provide direct, hands-on care to participants for the functional needs with ADLs. Home & Community Assistance: Home and community assistance services provide instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) for participants in their home. The services are provided when participants are unable to meet their needs or when their informal caregiver or helper is unable to perform these needs for the participant. Non-Medical Transportation: Providing transportation following the service plan addressing the specific needs determined by the participant’s service coordinator including to and from client’s appointments and activities.
