About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors in Cummington, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The role supports older adults in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Applicants may be experienced PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, or homemakers, or new to caregiving; free training is available to qualified applicants. Pay is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. Flexible and consistent scheduling opportunities include 8- to 12-hour shifts, day or overnight shifts, and weekday or weekend work. A qualified new caregiver can earn a $250 sign-on bonus after completing the first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Run essential errands and shop for groceries.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe clients and report changes to the appropriate supervisor.
- Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
- Provide respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.
