About The Position
We are seeking experienced, dependable part-time caregivers for weekend shifts in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The role provides support to clients with daily activities and personal care. Candidates must have at least three years of caregiving experience, reliable transportation, weekend availability, and the ability to start immediately. Exact weekend hours will be confirmed, and applicants should be prepared to discuss their availability during the hiring process. Caregivers provide respectful, client-focused care by following individual care plans and applicable safety and infection-control practices. Applicants should be dependable, punctual, patient, compassionate, comfortable with personal care tasks, and able to communicate effectively and follow instructions. HHA, PCA, and CNA applicants are accepted; PCA or CNA certification is a plus. Applicants must meet applicable employer screening and documentation requirements.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance based on the client's individual needs and care plan.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Offer companionship and encourage a comfortable, respectful care environment.
- Assist with safe mobility and transfers when appropriate.
- Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed.
- Complete light housekeeping tasks related to client care.
- Provide medication reminders in accordance with applicable rules and care instructions.
- Monitor the client's well-being and report significant changes or concerns.
- Follow care plans, infection-control practices, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Communicate scheduling concerns and care-related updates promptly.
