About The Position

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring Caregivers and CNAs in Horton, Kansas, to support clients who need extra help remaining in their homes. The role provides light housekeeping, personal care, errands, and friendly companionship. Flexible scheduling is available for people seeking part-time or full-time work.

Daily tasks may include preparing meals and cleaning up afterward, bathing and other personal care, basic household chores, laundry, providing companionship, and running errands. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have at least six months of related PCA experience, personal or professional
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Be able to pass a drug test
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be able to lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and clean up after meals
• Assist with bathing and personal care
• Perform basic household chores, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Do laundry
• Provide companionship
• Run errands
