About The Position
Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is actively hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions throughout Spokane County. If you are a Caregiver who enjoys helping others live safely and comfortably at home, this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for dedicated Caregivers who bring empathy, reliability, and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and complete a written competency evaluation
- Must pass a drug screen and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, and caring individuals with a passion for caregiving
Nice To Haves
- HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required — we will pay for Caregiver training
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Work one-on-one in clients’ homes as a trusted professional Caregiver
- Adapt to varying schedules, client needs, and daily activities
