About The Position
Aloma Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced, compassionate caregiver for a client in Katy, Texas. The caregiver will provide one-on-one support to a senior, including personal care and hygiene, mobility assistance, meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, and companionship. Household needs mentioned include laundry, light cleaning, incontinence care, bathing, and cooking. The caregiver must be vaccinated as required by the client and be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations. Aloma Healthcare, Inc. is a certified, licensed, insured, and bonded agency based in The Woodlands, Texas. The company provides care services to individuals with disabilities, injuries, mobility difficulties, or illnesses. The position pays $11–$16 per hour based on experience. Requirements
- At least one year of prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every day.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
- Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or experience as a caregiver.
- Must be vaccinated as required by the client.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal hygiene assistance, including help with showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Help the client move around the house or outside, including for appointments, walks, and grocery shopping.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Plan and prepare meals, and assist with meals by serving food.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including laundry and light house cleaning as requested.
- Provide some companion care and offer activities essential to daily living.
- Report unusual incidents and respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
