Requirements

Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius
Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
Must have 2 years of caregiving experience
Strong communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor
A compassionate, dependable attitude with a strong sense of responsibility

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift and gait belt preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

Providing meaningful companionship and emotional support
Assisting with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Offering medication reminders to help clients stay on schedule
Supporting safe mobility, including transfers, walking assistance, and fall prevention
Assisting with errands and accompanying clients to appointments
Preparing nutritious meals and helping with light housekeeping
Observing and reporting changes in physical, emotional, or cognitive condition
Encouraging independence, engagement, and participation in daily activities
