About The Position
CareCo Home Care is seeking caregivers in Windham County to support clients in their homes and help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. CareCo has provided in-home care services since 2004 and describes its approach as compassionate and professional, with a commitment to supporting and valuing caregivers.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to cook simple meals.
- Consistent punctuality and reliability.
- Compassion, patience, and responsibility.
- Comfort working independently.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification is a strong advantage but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily routines.
- Provide personal care and hygiene support.
- Prepare simple meals.
- Perform light housekeeping and errands.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Communicate with the CareCo team as needed.
