About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Pelham, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The role is suitable for experienced PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, and homemakers, as well as applicants who are new to caregiving. Free training is available to qualified applicants. Caregivers help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes by offering personal care, companionship, household assistance, and other support. Pay is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. Scheduling opportunities include flexible and consistent schedules, 8- to 12-hour shifts, day and overnight shifts, and weekday and weekend opportunities. Qualified new caregivers may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after completing their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. The employer offers benefits and support including 401(k), health insurance, free training, wellness time, travel time between clients, an employee referral bonus, and support from a dedicated office team.

Nice To Haves
- HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable.
- Prior caregiving experience; however, years of experience are not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Run essential errands and grocery shop.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe clients and report changes to the appropriate supervisor.
- Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
- Provide respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.
