About The Position
Right at Home is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide in-home support to seniors and vulnerable adults, helping them live safely and independently. The role serves clients across the Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. Caregivers follow individual care plans, document daily care notes using a mobile app, and communicate with the office team. Right at Home provides ongoing training and support, caregiver-to-client matching, and a supportive team culture.
Requirements
- Successfully pass a background check.
- Have reliable transportation and valid identification.
- Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and transportation.
- Provide safety supervision.
- Follow individual care plans and accurately document daily care notes using a mobile app.
- Communicate effectively with the office team.
