Requirements
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach.
- A dependable team player who enjoys helping others.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and meals.
- Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes in condition.
- Engage residents in activities that encourage connection and independence.
- Work closely with families and team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
- Promote safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do.
