About The Position

High Desert Home Care LLC is hiring Caregivers in the Carson City, Nevada area to help clients remain in their own homes as they age. Caregivers support clients with activities of daily living and personal care, medication reminders, companionship, errands, transportation, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. The role involves working with multiple clients and helping ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being. The position is onsite and offers a flexible schedule. Expected pay is $17–$21 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassion and empathy when providing personal care and emotional support.
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
• Must complete a background check and drug screen, including a THC screen, in accordance with Nevada law and company licensing requirements.

• Ability to follow care plans and document client progress.
• Proficiency using phone apps.
