About The Position

Requirements

• Bring a friendly and encouraging approach to each day.
• Have a genuine interest in helping older adults live their best lives.

• Listen, communicate clearly, and respond with patience.
• Be available to work the rotating schedule, including assigned weekends and holidays.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. We provide training!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
• Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.
• Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that make each day special.
• Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.
