About The Position

English Rose is seeking a FT Caregiver - (CNA, HHA, PCA) to join our team to provide care & engagement with our residents. Our staff to resident ratio is 1: 3 in our homes so you can focus on providing exceptional care and build those relationships with your residents. English Rose is an innovative provider of care for people with Alzheimer's and other dementias, offering both in-home and residential support and services.

Requirements

Relationship focused compassionate caregiver (HHA, Resident Assistant, PCA, CNA)
Passion for leading engaging activities with residents to ensure their holistic well-being
Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for majority of your shift
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
Professional and positive attitude
Able to pass the MDH background check & tuberculosis screening

Nice To Haves

Cooking & cleaning experience
Valid Drivers License
Dementia Care experience

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to Residents with dementia and complex medical conditions.
Support Residents by preparing meals, distributing medication, housekeeping and laundry services.
Follow programming plans to provide meaningful engagement for the enrichment of our residents lives.
