Earn while you Learn! No certification needed... just a love for Seniors! We train at NO cost to you. NEW CLASS STARTS August 10, 2026. Are you ready to care? Experience is not necessary, but a passion for working with seniors is! The world is changing. If you’ve been thinking of making a change too, are you ready to love, really love, what you do for work? Do you want the work you do to have meaning and value? Are you ready for something that’s different from everywhere else you’ve “worked”? If your answer is ‘yes’ to those three questions, then we want you to meet our team of dedicated caring professionals and learn about our Earn While You Learn Program! By participating in the Northbridge Earn While You Learn Program, you will be paid to earn a 54-Hour Personal Care Services training certificate! This program is compliant with Massachusetts EOEA regulations and qualifies you to work in Assisted Living communities in Massachusetts. This is work that is meaningful and rewarding. Your work address is where our residents call home. There will be staff meetings, call bells, beds to make, and socks to help put on, there will also be moments to join the table of Veterans recalling stories of shore leave, accompanying someone on a sunny walk to the resident’s garden to pick fresh herbs, and spirited impromptu debates about John Wayne’s best film as you pass through the hall. Our team is here to make our resident’s lives easier and happier. They along with their families trust you to provide quality compassionate care.

Requirements

Love for Seniors
Passion for working with seniors
Ability to provide quality compassionate care
Must show valid proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 before commencing work or commit to obtaining full vaccination within 30 days of commencing work unless they receive an approved exemption.

Responsibilities

Ensure our resident’s needs of daily living are met by providing limited personal assistance such as, but not limited to, assisting residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, serving meals, laundering clothes and linens, visiting with residents, and attending to other resident needs as they arise.
