About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Raleigh and surrounding cities. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and other daily needs. The role offers pay of $15–$19 per hour and availability across days, evenings, weekends, and overnights, with full-time and part-time schedule options. Caregivers receive support from local teams and help aging adults build meaningful relationships and maintain their well-being. Caregivers must meet state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Must comply with state background-screening requirements.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients one-to-one with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Support clients with mobility needs.
