About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a caregiver to provide person-centered support to residents in its Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Roseville. Caregivers work directly with residents to provide personalized care and help make each day brighter. Applicants may be experienced or newly certified; CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR backgrounds are welcomed. Paid onboarding consists of four days, Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Arden Hills, Minnesota training center, with ongoing support and development from experienced leadership. The role is for the NOC shift, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, and both require availability every other weekend.

Requirements

At least 6 months of caregiving experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is preferred.
Ability to pass medications; training will be provided.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
Availability for the NOC shift, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Availability to work every other weekend for either part-time or full-time schedules.

Nice To Haves

CNA certification is preferred but not required.
CPR/First Aid knowledge is preferred.
Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support resident mobility and transfers within the facility.
Assist with medication administration; training is provided.
Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
Provide light housekeeping and meal assistance.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the leadership team.
Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
