Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Compassion, patience, and reliability.
• Physical ability to safely perform transfers and caregiving duties.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a state-approved caregiver or aide training program (preferred but not required in PA).
• 1+ year(s) of professional caregiving or related experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide help with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Give medication reminders as directed.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments or community activities.
• Observe, record, and report changes in client condition to supervisors.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality and dignity for all clients.
• Deliver care that aligns with our mission: Compassion in Every HeartBEAT.
• Uphold Wrapped N Love Home Care policies and state regulations at all times.
