Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassion, patience, and reliability
• Physical ability to safely perform transfers and caregiving duties

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a state-approved caregiver or aide training program (preferred but not required in PA)
• 1+ year(s) of professional caregiving or related experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide help with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Give medication reminders as directed
• Accompany clients to medical appointments or community activities
• Observe, record, and report changes in client condition to supervisors
• Follow infection control and safety procedures consistently
• Maintain confidentiality and dignity for all clients
• Deliver care that aligns with our mission: Compassion in Every HeartBEAT
• Uphold Wrapped N Love Home Care policies and state regulations at all times
