About The Position

Are you someone who thrives in a role with high stakes and high impact? Do you want to be part of a company that's revolutionizing home care with a dynamic, fast-growing team? Do you want to be part of a sea change in helping care for seniors when they need it most and have been caring for their loved ones their whole lives? If you're looking for a career that offers ownership, growth, and the chance to make a real difference, we have the perfect opportunity. 4 Seasons Home Care is a leading home care provider serving local communities in the metro Atlanta area for many years, but with a small-team, start-up feel where your voice matters and your ideas can shape the future. Our leadership is highly supportive, personally invested in your success, and dedicated to building a team that works hard but values a healthy, people-first culture. We're growing fast, but we've maintained a close-knit team with low turnover and a drive to excel. In this role, you'll manage key operational functions with ownership and autonomy. This position gives you the freedom to make decisions, solve problems, and keep everything running smoothly. We need someone proactive and ready to take control of all aspects of care management. You'll have the opportunity to grow, taking on more responsibility as we continue to expand. The leadership team is supportive and genuinely cares about you as a person. The company has low turnover and a high-output team that values hard work and dedication. This is a chance to be part of something exciting as we lead innovation in the home care space.
