Requirements

A compassionate heart and a commitment to dignified, respectful care
Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program
High school diploma or GED
1+ year(s) of professional caregiving experience
Valid driver’s license and CPR certification

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility
Keep their home clean and comfortable (light cleaning, laundry, changing linens)
Engage clients mentally and emotionally through conversation and companionship
Administer medications and monitor their well-being
Maintain detailed records and communicate updates with supervisors
