About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Apex and surrounding cities. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping aging adults with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and everyday household tasks. TheKey describes its local teams as providing support to caregivers and a white-glove experience for clients, with the goal of promoting healthy minds, bodies, and spirits.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
