Requirements

Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver's license and active auto insurance

Nice To Haves

Prior caregiving experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and daily support to clients, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
Prepare meals, assist with feeding when needed, and provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
Provide meaningful companionship, conversation, and engaging activities.
Offer patient, respectful guidance and reassurance when needed.
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for clients.
Assist with maintaining a clean and organized living environment (light housekeeping).
