About The Position
Azura of Verona is hiring part-time caregivers to help residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. The role focuses on building relationships, providing companionship and compassionate care, and helping create a welcoming, home-like environment. No previous caregiving experience is necessary; paid training and support are provided. Part-time scheduling is described as 1–2 days per week, including every other weekend, with consistent scheduling. All shifts are available: 7:00 AM–3:15 PM, 3:00 PM–11:15 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:15 AM. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A passion for caring for older adults and a positive attitude.
- Compassionate, dependable, and positive disposition.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- No previous caregiving experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Help residents with daily living activities.
