About The Position

Brookdale Sleepy Hollow is hiring Care Partners for a small assisted living and memory care community in Amarillo, Texas. Caregivers provide personalized direct care to residents, support their independence, and treat each senior with respect and dignity. Full-time openings are available for first and second shifts, and the community also accepts applications for PRN team members. Caregivers may have opportunities to advance into positions such as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) or Medication Technician (QMAP). Training or certification may be required based on state regulation.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents and recognize their individual needs.
Encourage residents’ independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
Help residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
