About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Spring Hill and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. Day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts are available, with full-time and part-time schedule options. The role offers pay of $16–$18 per hour, weekly pay, and caregiver support from local teams and management. Compensation, benefits, bonuses, and eligibility details may vary by state and location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Support clients with mobility needs.
