Responsibilities include documenting services provided, observing patients for changes in condition and behavior, and reporting these to the supervisor. The caregiver must adhere to state regulations for Home Health Aides and will not perform certain medical procedures such as changing sterile dressings, administering medication, or catheterizing patients, unless specifically included in the plan of care.
