Daytime Caregiver
About The Position
Senior Helpers of Las Vegas is hiring daytime caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care that helps local seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. The role includes companionship, support with clients’ favorite activities, meal planning and preparation, assistance with activities of daily living, and documentation of clients’ physical and behavioral well-being. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel locally to reach client homes.
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks and a drug screening.
- Current TB test and physical exam before the start date.
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain them with employer guidance.
- Two professional references and two personal references.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Valid authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations.
