About The Position
Join We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, where our mission is to help seniors remain safe and cared for in their homes. Our team allows you to live out your values and make a real difference as a caregiver. If you’re tired of rushing through residents in assisted living or nursing home settings, and ready to truly care, we’re urgently hiring today! 12 Hour Shifts and Full Time Hours available immediately! Some weekends required.
Requirements
- Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus.
- CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
- Provide toileting and incontinence care
- Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
- Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
- Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
- Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
