About The Position
The Caregiver Team Lead provides compassionate care to clients while serving as a positive role model and resource for fellow caregivers. This position assists with daily living activities, promotes client comfort and well-being, and helps ensure quality care is delivered consistently. The Team Lead offers guidance and support to team members, helps communicate client needs and changes, and encourages a collaborative, client-focused environment. Requirements
- Minimum three or more years as a caregiver, CNA, PCA, or other comparable experience.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret the English language.
- Experience training and guiding others in the workplace.
