About The Position

We're hiring trusted, experienced caregivers to be the person we call when it matters most: covering a shift when a teammate is out, helping a brand-new client feel at home on day one, and showing up alongside our newer caregivers to coach them through real-world situations. For more than 30 years, we've been Columbus families' choice for compassionate in-home care that lets seniors age in place with dignity and peace of mind. We're a local, family-owned agency, not a corporate call center, and our caregivers are the heart of what we do. The Lead Caregiver role is one of the most respected positions on our team, with a direct line to leadership and a real say in how we deliver care.

Requirements

At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience (home care a plus).
A track record of showing up, on time, every shift.
Ability to stay calm and steady when things get unpredictable.
Ability to communicate clearly, listen without judgment, and treat every client with dignity.
Drive a reliable vehicle, hold a valid license, and have current auto insurance.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Comfortable using basic computer apps and electronic documentation tools.

Rotating through on-call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
