Requirements

• Knowledge of personal care and housekeeping practices
• Commitment to following health and safety guidelines
• Compassionate, respectful, and ethical approach to caregiving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record with minimal or no moving violations

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene needs
• Support clients with mobility and ambulation throughout the home
• Perform light housekeeping and household tasks
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals
• Assist clients with shopping and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Travel within a 30-mile radius as needed
• Help train and mentor new caregivers
• Participate in on-call coverage (must be available Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM)
